The Educational Leadership Center for the Wiregrass (ELCW) admits participants into the Fellows Program (principals of public schools located in Coffee County, Dale County, Geneva County, Henry County, Houston County) of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all of the rights, privileges, programs and activities, generally accorded or made available to Fellows in the ELCW.
